All our orders are delivered by DPD.
DPD offer the additional facility of rearranging delivery date by email or text. On the morning that your order is due to be delivered, you will receive a text/email giving a 1-hr delivery time-slot (e.g. 9:30am to 10:30am). If this time/date is not convenient, you can immediately postpone delivery to another date by replying to the message. Most orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when the courier calls, a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery on an alternate date.
